gauthier 0 Posted September 2, 2001 Nice job at capturing the water, but the forefront is overexposed and lots of the context is unnecessary. Get closer to your subject. Link to comment
chau_nguyen1 0 Posted September 3, 2001 Thank you for comment. I shot it at 4s and didn't bring tripod so I had to placed my camera on the only pillar nearest to water fall. Link to comment
john_harvey1 0 Posted September 3, 2001 I thought I recognized this shot! Here's my take on it: http://www.johnharveyphoto.com/Japan/Kyoto%20Day%202/LittleGarden.html I think the previous comment is correct - your shot is a little over exposed. (I'm willing to bet it was sunny when you were there and it was cloudy when I was). Your water is more interesting than mine. Link to comment
chau_nguyen1 0 Posted September 3, 2001 Hi John, I looked at your photos and I liked its green tone. You are absolutely right. Perharps we were standing at the same position taking this water fall. Did you bring your tripod/monopod? Cheers, Link to comment
john_harvey1 0 Posted September 4, 2001 Remember that post you put your camera on? I'm pretty sure I put mine on the same one. (I used a half second exposure - the most I could achive with the f16 lens). I looked at the rest of your folder - you have some nice shots! Link to comment
chau_nguyen1 0 Posted September 5, 2001 Thanks John. I remembered that there might be only one post that we both put camera on. Nice coincident! Link to comment
