More Dice 01

Just a simple ad-hoc subject. I just thought this one can out

better. This is my first post so constructive feedback please.

Bet there are lots of gamers out there like this one... :O))

 

Just a beginner, but here's my take on the composition:

Not sure the bag should be there... Have you tried cropping it down severely to get new take on it?

Check out my folder, thier is another with the bag with less DOF and a nice overview of just the dice that I was going to post tomorroe ( one per day limit sucks ).

I like the bag! It gives the eye a starting point in the image. I'm also enjoy the large chunck of solid color it gives the image. Nice shot.

I think the bag helps form the idea of movement, of the dice just spilling out. Technically it's a very good shot but I don't think there's a lot of emotion there, but that's more than OK for a beginner. I also think it would be easier to judge this picture if the medium version you uploaded wasn't so large! It doesn't fit entirely on my screen and the compression artifacts are pretty obvious and distracting. If you uploaded a smaller version, I could get a better feeling for the entire composition.
