Thanks for the comment Chris, If you had any idea as to how many nights I spend in the wilderness freezing my butt off for star trail shots you could probably find a word much more colorful than "lucky" !!

sorry , when you said Meteor I was thinking more of a meteor that is so big that is doesn't desintagrates completely before hitting the earth.

but witch one is it ? there is one that seems to go the oposite way of the stars ( it crosses a star trail) is that the one ?

The meteor is in the upper left. It entered the frame just as I closed the shutter. The trail going in opposite direction of the star trails is a satellite passing.
