Frozen Peat hags

ian cameron

An Teallach (the forge) is one of Scotlands most impressive mountain ridge walks. these are some of the snow capped foothills on the way to the summit. To access An Teallach means crossing a few frozen peat hags, they turn vivid red in Autumn and look fabulous in late afternoon light. The frozen pools have picked up the sky's reflection. Please have a look at the latest images in the various galleries on my website. and have a look at Timecatcher too.
