Pre-dawn image of church, Plaza de Armas, Cuzco, Peru

I'm a snapshot-aholic. Most of my "good" pictures are not usually premeditated. I took this photo at 5:30am while waiting for a ride in Cuzco's central plaza. Now, I can't remember the exposure settings, but I do know that I balanced the camera on one of those 3-inch, traveling tripods and that, in turn, was balanced on the rounded lid of a free-swinging, garbage can. I used a timer for the shutter release, and while I was sure it wasn't going to stable enough, our bus arrived before I could try anything else. Lucky me, it turned out...

Very fine! You may crop the white house away on the left... Also I would prefer an ISO 100 instead of 400 and the building seams to get unfocused in the rear. But the dawn shot is realy fine in total. Do you have some more of this?

Beautiful start for sure. I agree that the white house on the left should be cropped out, but be sure to leave the streetlamp-lit wall next to it for effect. I also think you should upload a less JPEG-compressed version because I think the poor quality of the JPEG makes it look like the original photograph is perhaps worse in quality and focus than it is.
