davidroossien 0 Posted September 25, 2004 The texture of the tongue is fantastic--looks like gritty sandpaper. This photo has personality. Thanks for sharing. Link to comment
Timo Hartikainen 556 Posted September 25, 2004 I like it, especially the details of the dark tongue combined with bright teeth & narrow DOF. Link to comment
andresborbon 0 Posted September 25, 2004 Well, the tonge is impressive!! Completely agree with the rating system. I like to know who is rating and what rating is giving to the photo. This way, I can discard the ratings of people who don't share photos and think about that ones by people with a good work. That way I can learn and begin an useful interchange. It is true that the actual system helps to avoid the "revenge ratings", but we lose a lot too. (Too long comment). Regards!!! Link to comment
olov 0 Posted October 9, 2004 Very nice use of dof and great detail ;) I agree about the rating system but, very surprising coming from someone who seems to like dA's system ! arguably the worst system possible :D Anyway, again cool pic ;) Cheers ! Link to comment
charles_choiniere 0 Posted October 11, 2004 I really like the in your face quality this image has. It has a nice disgusting appeal to it. It has really detailed texture in the tounge and great contrast between the tounge and teeth. Charles Link to comment
adrianhinojosa 0 Posted October 12, 2004 This and your other macro shot are absolutely fantastic and captivating. I think much of it has to do with the fact that they are very different from macro shots done in the standard telephoto ranges (60-200mm)that yield images with such a small field of view and narrow focus plane making it impossible to do shots like this. Great work - I hope you continue the wide angle macro work its is brilliant. Link to comment
