holiday snapshot

All this recent talk about manipulated photographs prompted me to

upload what I think a simple, unmanipulated photo should look like. I

cannot comprehend why some people go through such pains to contrive

an elaborate scene, when beauty can already be found everywhere we

look, waiting only for us and our cameras to capture it.

Amazing shot Ronnie, all my flying carpet shots come out blurred or I get a bird flying right through the frame as I snap.

David, I believe Ronnie probably used a flash to freeze the magic carpet motion. I know that's what I always do unless I want the implied motion that the blur gives. As to the bird issue, I think he may be pulling a fast one with regard to this being unmanipulated as I think I see a spot where he photoshopped a bird out of the sky.

I totally agree. Who needs photoshop when reality is this great. Good seeing. Many would miss a shot like this by not looking up. :)

just as well that guy is bald. think of the mess if he had long hair whilst flying about on his sofa. god job to capture a brilliant candid moment like this lol
