dawn_landrum 0 Posted September 12, 2004 I occasionally hire models to fill a job need. I have an "emotion" series that needs to be done and my mother happened to pass away in the middle of it. She was my best friend whom I spoke with each day. She was the one who always critiqued my work and encouraged me. She passed very young and unexpectidly. When going to shoot more photos for my series, I decided to do a few of myself since I am the saddest person I know right now. Link to comment
bob_champoux 0 Posted September 12, 2004 Hi Dawn, I really don't know what to say that could help since you were so close to your Mom, other than I'm sorry for your loss and ache. I remember what it was like when I lost my Dad and then a good friend a couple of years ago. I'm sorry you're feeling that same pain. I wish you some bits of happiness among the sadness. -bob Link to comment
eachica 0 Posted September 12, 2004 I see this as being used in a headache medicine ad. You should look into stock photography. Link to comment
inmymind 0 Posted September 13, 2004 Great photo...nice vibe. There are several emotions the viewer can get from this and they will probably lean closer to what they personally might be feeling. It's open to the imagination, not forced... Link to comment
senghw 0 Posted September 14, 2004 Sometimes I think photography is about emotion and feeling. You've got it all in this one, I know very little about technical stuff. The atmosphere and emotion in this picture caught my attention. I would like to say congrats only for the picture. Hope you will be fine in the near future. Link to comment
