Ray. I think that it is rather under-expose the film that brings out the colours. And it works well with the slide films but less well with the negative films. For this shot I have not under-exposed. In fact, the sky was overcast (I have changed it) and it had rain down, and this is also a condition which saturate the colours. After, with PhotoShop, the automatic contrast and levels add again shine and saturation.
