(not professional) anyway, you said it yourself - the pic was taken at noon. the lighting is very flat as a result, and even though there is good color in there, it lacks the punch of a great photo because it is so flat. the photo is rather small also on my screen, even the "large" version - i feel that good panoramas need to be larger than a normal photo - the horizontal space they cover needs to be accented. hope my comments help for next time. try shooting in the evening or early morning, set up a tripod if you need to and click away. nomad 0 Posted August 30, 2001 I am by no means a professional. This is my opinon. I find the roof of the hut distracting in this photo. Use a slower film, this will give you better richness in colors. Velvia is popular. A polarizing or warming polarizing filter would have helped. Link to comment
