Kentucky Forest Floor - on the hike to Dog Slaughter Falls

Exposure of the light areas is very good. Evening? Morning? However, really needs more detail in the trunks. Can you increase shadow detail in an editor? Composition? Good, there's a bit of order in there, which is difficult to find sometimes. It could be stronger, maybe with a slight change in position, nothing major. It has plenty of atmosphere, makes me want to be there, to walk down that trail( is that a river to the left?). Almost a 6/5.

Good lighting along with good exposure in a very contrasty lighting situation adds up to a very good photo. I agree that the shadows could be opened up a bit to give a feeling of luminosity.
