Cool shot. I wish the surfer wasn't dead-center, but still like it nonetheless. The grain, silhouette, and pier background make this different than anything I've seen. I tried taking some surf photos once with my 200mm lens...it seems like that length would be adequate but you really can't get close enough. It works here though...it's more about the environment and the sport than seeing who that person is.
