Great shot please elaborate on how you did it..

The exif is 1/750s f/3.5 at 85.0mm iso800, maybe too high iso for this light but I was going in and out of the shadows in that room and didn't have the presence of mind to change settings. Thx for taking the time everyone, it's nice to get some feedback.
