michaelseewald 237 Posted September 8, 2004 Love the feeling portrayed. Remember, always cut non-strength, and always keep strength = bottom goes, as most here know and mention. It just takes a while to be able to delineate the two, and is quite often subjective. (Bonus move is that then the 'center of interest' is now out of the center, another major consideration in compositional positioning). It's hard to judge our own work, and it's best to get away from it for a few months and then look at it fresh and like it's a friends work and not our own. Remember not to fall in love with any one element (i.e. foreground in this case) as nothing is too important not to crop off to make it perfect. Blessings Link to comment
roberta_bagnacani 0 Posted September 10, 2004 Cristina questa me la stavo proprio pedendo!!! COmplimentissimi, 蠤avero molto bella, ottimi i toni e bellissimo l'uso del b/n! Brava! :) Link to comment
john falkenstine 1 Posted September 13, 2004 Nice image, even with a bit too much foreground and as noted some strangeness in the cloud formation. but....much, much better than many of the cliche images of this place. Link to comment
lorenzo_beretta 0 Posted September 18, 2004 veramente stupenda..posso chiederti se mene mandi una copia ad alta risoluzione via email che volevo stamparla in b&n e appenderla..ti ringrazio Link to comment
terrybutler 0 Posted August 26, 2007 If you crop the foreground only crop it a little, Carsten is right about the feeling of space. Ignore the 3/4, it deserves much better. Link to comment
