The Glaciers

Trying to catch the feeling of how large these glaciers are is hard

with no forground interest. I guess I could always stick in a boat or

whale or something.:-)) Oh yes taken in 3 or 4 shots and stiched by

hand in PS.

Dennis, this could've been a very interesting panorama, but I think the light (or is it the scan) was too bad to reflect the powrt of that scenery, so there are too much blue tones. Also (imho) try to focus on one subject (one glacier, one rock) only. But just some ideas. cheers ! chris

MY GLACIER PICTURES WERE TAKEN ON A "DAY TRIP", IE THE MIDDLE OF TE DAY. THEY WERE ALL MUCH MORE BRIGHTLY LIT THAN THIS. THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF STUFF HIDING IN THE SHADOWS OF HTIS IMAGE.
