gianfranco_vialli 0 Posted September 2, 2001 Strange and humorous, I doubt the owner of the shop had any complaints, continental Europeans are more liberal. Link to comment
gauthier 0 Posted September 2, 2001 Yes, it is very funny. Humor in photos is rare, perhaps because you really need to be in the right place at the right time - and think fast. Well seen. Link to comment
marc1 0 Posted October 16, 2001 This looks like its out of a comedy film, and a shot from it, great composure, well done Link to comment
damon_schreiber 0 Posted November 20, 2001 It really looks as though the mannekins are taunting the officers...and the officers are responding. Wonderfully absurd; and you can't pose this kind of shot. Link to comment
julia_liu 0 Posted December 28, 2001 I find this candid highly interesting. Its very well seen and excellently executed. Link to comment
detlef 6 Posted January 9, 2002 Should we do something about these nudes? mmmmhhh!!good sense of humour and good timing to catch these cops when they are peeking over there shoulders.... Link to comment
ken_imduaikiat2 0 Posted January 22, 2002 Good snapping, this one has lots of humor. I like how the vertical "Fuji Film" sign devide the frame in to halfs and the subjects in the two group appeared to interacted through eye contacts.... Link to comment
lmeinhardt 0 Posted February 13, 2002 Explendid work... Everything you need on a good photo: A good subject; A good framing; A good exposure; and A sense of humor!! Congratulations!!. Link to comment
ramon.garcia 0 Posted July 7, 2004 I think the shop owner has done a good marketing job. I'd enter in the shop to have a look... Congratulations!! Nice shot. Link to comment
johncrosley 1 Posted November 20, 2004 I would be ever so proud to have taken this. 'Street' work too often is mistakenly saved for B&W by the purists, not knowing that Henri Carttier-Bresson simply eschewed color because it was not a good medium because of shortcomings and because he was not its master -- it was too much for him, and the film/transparencies left too much to be desired. But as the progenitor of 'street' photography for the world, he would have sat up and noticed this fine photograph, as I do here. I would be ever so proud to have taken it, as you must be. And the colors are felicitious, well saturated and worthy of posting just for the way they work well together (I found this photo in another's highly-rated image portfolio, as others will find it in mine) Regards John (Crosley) 7/7 Link to comment
