The rest of this shot was just sloppy ugly water and flotsam.

Anyway, I think the "circle in a circle" look works somewhat. I

apologize for the graininess - it doesn't appeal to me in this case.

I cropped the rest of the junk from the earlier submission. This seemed more effective.
