Shell Macro

I am new to macro photography, so any useful hints how to improve my

work would be appreciated

As someone new to macro photography, your submission looks quite up to the mark. The key point with macro photography is always the DOF. If you take care of that, you are doing good. (atleast thats what I've found after submitting tons of macro shots here in photo.net)
