I really like your choice of foreground blurring. My only suggestion might be to slectively darken the ivy on the bridge to make it stand out from the trees and lighten the bush under the bridge and the stone close to it to accentuate the view under the bridge. Subtle changes, but it directs the viewer to what you want them to see. Nice composition, interesting subject! Easier to show than explain.
