I Didn't get much response from an earlier posting from the same roll

any comments on the lighting or composition of this one?

Lighting looks okay, and contrast appears good on my monitor. The shoulders shrugged forward creates tension... I don't know if that was the intended outcome. Head up, shoulders back seems more logical to me, but what the hell, I don't know anything anyway! Good eye.

I find the lighting good, the forward sloping shoulders do indeed seem to add drama/motion/tension to the composition.

 

The only suggestion I have is perhaps to crop the chin out of the picture. The upturn of light on the side is pleasing, but the front view of the chin itself may add some distraction, hence the suggested crop.

 

Good work ...

 

I find, that without the chin the picture will loose a lot. However maybe it is a question of taste.
