Marbled minature

ian cameron

Once again i'm a little loathe to call this fine art but I must admit it doesn't seem to really come under the landscape category. Gruinard Bay is well known for its chocolate coloured sand. I found this outflow from a small rock pool at the top of the beach. The water had leached dark impurities into the sand staining it like an exotic marbled path. The pyramid shaped rock at its apex provides a nice focal point for the eye to rest and the colours weere gorgeous. Please visit my website and have a look at some more of my work www.transientlight.co.uk The website is constantly being updated with new images.
