The effect would have been a little more convincing if the running figures had been captured with a slower shutter to allow some motion blur of hands and feet. They look like static, posing figures.

Or is the big blonde girl just playing with dolls?

Excelent Like it a lot, for me this is my favourite shot, but like the others I think the motion blur on the people running away would add to the picture, The Lady in green is not casting much of a shadow also, I would perhaps darken this a bit more.

Nice trick photographary (or trick photoshop). In case you're looking for critiques, too, the horizon is not level.

It is about time that somebody did this well. It looks great! Nice job on the PS work, and the photography. I like the way that the horizon is not level, it adds to the chaos of the scene. If I had one critique it would not be with your work, rather the acting on the part of the models. They look like they are forcing every emotion. :)

I agree with Johnny, except that the phony acting job really adds to the image and it's camp absurdity. I mean it's obvious that it's not real. It's fun and surreal, but not too artsy or pretentious even though it's very well done. I like that the runners feet disappear into the straw. Be sure to keep this appearance of normal people acting out absurd tableaus, that's what makes it work for me... I can relate to your people and what they are doing, very easily. Remember, here at photo.net you are being critiqued by photographers, but your best audience will be people who have cameras and make pictures only incidentally to their every day lives. Very cool stuff, hip and modern without any self congratulatory over production and gee whiz factor. Your lack of any forced angst in these images could very well add tremendous mass appeal to this body of work... t (remember me on the credit page of your first book!)

I hade a dream some weeks ago.. It was about giants among normal

sized ones. Giants had come from the underworld to our land, to our

world,. Noone could understand them or what they ehre doing here.

The giants were not any harmfull but on the other hand very

curious,.,

In the moorning I decided to make a photo-story of my dream,.,., So

far three photos.

Would be nice with some critques, ideas and feedbacks on how too

move on,.,. I have my own ideas but it is always nice to know what

others thinks.

I agree with Johnny about the tilted horizon adding to the image and to Les....Her pants fit fine, she just decided to roll up the pant legs to make a place to stick all the little people she catches!!
