Drying Off

Beautiful.

I watched this pelican swimming on a lake for quite some time. He was randomly shaking

the water off of his wings. The sun was shining through some trees in the late afternoon,

and occasionally he swam through this shaft of sunlight. It took awhile, however, to catch

him swimming through the sunlight and shaking off at the same time.

Wonderful dynamism and sentiment. I bit too high contrast for my taste. I want to see something in the eyes of the bird (not a black spot). But beatiful. 6/6.
