Portrait of my spirit

rakesh

I recently carried out a rather strange experinment while playing around with light for my photography. It was really late and we came back from a not so entertaining movie. I had to do something to get the movie feeling out of my mind, so I planted my camera over the tripod and started shooting some self pictures. I didnt had enough light in my room, neither was I interested in putting it on. So I decided to do some low light shooting. I have a small night lamp in my room that I used earlier for shooting. But it was still very bright and boring for me. I looked out and saw the moon. I tried capturing some pictures in the moon light, but a digital camera is not really a good device for such pictures. When I shut off all the lights, my laptop screen illuminated the place with just perfect ampunt of light that I required for this specific shot. It casted perfect white ambient light that provided me a bluish tint for my picture. I was planning to shoot this image for a long time, but couldnt think of a proper set up.Here are the details:Camera Model: Canon EOS Digital RebelShutter Speed: 30sLens Apperture: F/14Flas Mode: No FlashFocal Length: 28 mmISO speed: ISO800Light source: Soft ambient light from my laptop.Source placement: On the floor pointing upwards.Little brightness was later incereased in PS.
