I wish I could get a butterfly shot like that. How much did you crop it, and did you use a flash at all? I really like the positioning in the picture as it is here.

No flash, just bright afternoon sun. This crop represents roughly the center 1/2 - 2/3 of the original shot. Thanks for your comments.

--indeed they do match, ---Tiger Swallowtail on purple "monkey" flowers. Mardi Gras photo --yellow, purple, and green in a nice geometric balance!!;-)

George, Hard to believe a subject this common could raise an eyebrow but this one's a corker. Excellent work, beautifully executed. A8/O7 for sure. Best, LM.
