No manipulation.

A colony of captive flamingos have evolved with no legs, gaining a competitive advantage by continously either feeding or caring for their young. This example is building a nest for a new generation of headstanders.

7/7 for the originality. I find the background and the tree to the right a little distracting. Great shot nonetheless.

Cool! Where are its legs?

I was in Mannheim studying Deutsch with Goethe Institut from April 3rd,2000-June 27, 2000.

I miss the forest park through which the Rhein runs. It was so beautiful in the spring of 2000, with yellow wild flowers spreading over the lawns there. Wild ducks ate bread right from my hands.

Ali, I respectfully disagree: the background gives the picture a sense of place and depth.

I agree on the rating, though! Nice Capture!
