I was attracted by the sleeping cat as much as by the curve of the

boat. Any comment and rating is welcome.

Defies physical laws - or just an odd rotation?

Kjeld, as specified in the Technical Details, this has been rotated. I chose this rotation to give some more dynamic to this shot.

this works very well, the curve of the boat suits the landscape format at bit better than it would have in potrait mode.

This is a small experiment of mine, and I somehow was afraid that this rotation would have been too extreme and "uncomfortable" to look at. But the response seems to be positive.

What a charming cat!!Really hard to rate, as want to take this beautiful cat!! Mine is similar and called Feda. What's name of yours? Geometry of the shot is perfect for good viewing! Well done!!

thank you for your kind comment. Actually this is a stray cat, so I don't think he/she has an "official name". There're several stray cats in the small harbour of this village, and they particularly enjoy taking naps on top of the boats in the afternoon.

Non mi 蠦acile dare un rating a questo scatto... bisognerebbe sapere se il gatto era nero e bianco oppure grigio scuro e bianco ... Al di la ti questo comunque contrasterei sicuramente un po' di pi�.

Michele, se ricordo bene il gatto era di un colore grigio molto scuro, vicino al nero. Per quanto riguarda il contrasto, l'ho sicuramente accresciuto rispetto allo scan originale e sono contento cosi' soprattutto per i toni morbidi della texture nel legno.
