val_asenoff 0 Posted August 7, 2004 Hi Jim, I highly appreciate your comments and ratings. Normally the downtown is not visible during a thunder storm but not this time. Chances for a lightning to strike the CN tower were great ... it is the tallest thing in Ontario (more than 500 meters). So I pointed the camera towards the tower and started shooting. Shutter speed 20sec, aperture 4.5, ISO 100. I missed few spectacular shots but finally I got what I was waiting for. I always wondered how you take such sharp images. I have the same camera like yours but all my images are not even close to yours. Do you use any special set of processing parameters or does the softness of my images comes from the censor?
