I was just too tired to get closer so I used a longer lense. ce la vie. Polarizer, spot metering for the sun rays and no manipulations whatsoever (certainly not a color cast as some hinted).

Another mountaineering vacation has come to an unfortunate end. The

mountains seem to be geting along quite well without me though. I'm

trying to advance my photographing skills for next time so any

advice would be great. Remember I can't carry much weight and my

time is very limited up there. Thanks.

A fabulous capture. The only thing IMHO that ain't perfect here is the heavy tone of the snow.
