christo4camera 0 Posted August 1, 2004 very sad. good compostion. it needs the title to survive. Link to comment
jordan2240 89 Posted August 1, 2004 Robert, I'd disagree that the title is necessary. My first thought when I saw the thumbnail was that something was coming between the couple. Perhaps would have liked to have seen the mans entire face in focus rather than just the one side. Nice job. Bill Link to comment
raywei 0 Posted August 1, 2004 I like the strong expression of this one, and agree that the man should be in complete sharp focus. Great job nevertheless. Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted August 2, 2004 Thanks for the comments--I agree about the focus. Shooting quickly, handheld, @300mm isn't a good idea. Link to comment
raywei 0 Posted August 2, 2004 Ah.... 300mm hand-held, top notch clarity then. My hands shake really bad, so I don't own telephoto lenses because of that. I would get VR (IS eqvlnt in Canon) telephotos someday. Link to comment
jenna_g 0 Posted August 3, 2004 I like this a lot and only wish the man's cap was a bit higher and he was slightly sharper. Since I'm sure this wasn't posed I think you did a very nice job under the circumstances. A moving shot. Link to comment
