jordan2240 89 Posted July 31, 2004 Sergio, Very well exposed shot, but my eyes want to focus on the open window, and there's nothing there. I probably would have tried to close-in on the priest, and simply use the window light to light the shot. Bill Link to comment
greg_olsson 0 Posted July 31, 2004 I think this is very good art - you have captured the priest in a moment of his reflection. While he is surrounded by the "trapments" of liturgy, wonderfully ornate and impressive, he is gazing out the window at what we would call "ordinary" life, a man walking, a car, some trees. The window is barred, like what might see in a prison. Is the priest, if even for just a few moments, thinking about what life outside must be like? He can't simply go outside and walk about, in a ordinary way. This is what great photography can be, the provocative depiction of reality that causes us to think in ways we have not necessarily thought before. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 1, 2004 Entiendo que la luz que ilumina al sacerdote y la especie de capilla que hay detras es la luz proveniente de la ventana, siendo asi, es una fotografia perfecta con luz y detalle exquisitos. Felicidades. Link to comment
