Cornell by night

Nicely done. The artifical light that is there works well.

Another night shot of Cornell. Most of the light seem here is ambient

artificial light. Is this better or worse than the other picture in

the folder?

Very clear, very sharp, 6/6

Nice time exposure. Too much sky. Try cropping to a more panoramic format. Streak of light in lower right, just above the people, is a bit distracting. Also, I would like to see more of the left tree, or none of it, and move the middle tree off center. Still, nice image.

Cropping both the sky and the tree on the left doesn't change the aspect ratio by much, so it isn't really panoramic. Still, is this better than what's above?

 

I don't really know what the streak of light is due to; it's possibly a flare from a street light, which I obviously missed during shooting. I agree, it's distracting.
