Looks like Rangers won again!

This has been going on for years and is legendary in Glasgow Folklore. Like Crop Circles no one has any idea who does it or where they get the cone from!!!

Every time the Council takes it down... the next morning it's back up!!!

This type of Social anarchy has touched everyone in Glasgow. Made my heart sing!!
