city color Cloud Gate I (the Bean)

Chicago unveiled its new Millenium Park July 17-18, 2004. To me the

highlight is the Cloud Gate sculpture, commonly called "the Bean".

This is the first photo of it on which I've worked. What do you

think?

Kurt, I'm glad to see there's opportunity there! The bean! I'm gettin' up early tomorrow to travel down there myself, before the tourists flock. . . .from the lighting, I'd say you beat me to it! I like what you've done with the comp, and the reflection is awesome. Buildings seem to lean to the right a little in the background, though? Great job!-Chris

I was in Chicago for the opening too...got some pics the day before the opening...the reflection of the buildings and the sky were awesome...this object should make for some interesting pictures over the years.
