colin carron 58,916 Posted July 23, 2004 I was going to ask if that was a Roman bridge (in age and origin) but looking at the 'details' I find the answer! Link to comment
bens 0 Posted July 24, 2004 andrea, there is a great warmth to your work that i admire a lot, this included. your tones and colors are really superb. i'm not a big admirer of coming out of the frame and not sure if i like this one, but as many of your works are, the scene is striking because of your talents and heart. i hope you find success with your work, because it really stands out quite a bit on this site, which has many good photographers. asimh 0 Posted July 25, 2004 i actually like the boat coming out - adds a bit of 3-D to it. perhaps a b&w conversion candidate? Link to comment
sarahunderhill 1 Posted July 27, 2004 Very nice shot. I have mixed feelings about the frame. Link to comment
broads 0 Posted July 28, 2004 I have seen a couple of these of the page shots before and I think they work very well. This is no exception and adds to a sense of 3D. Very Well done. Ps also looked at your other work, What a great portfolio. Link to comment

woocksie 0 Posted August 5, 2004 No offense, but nothing natural in this...picture. Never a building has a shadow on the sky and something else the boat... I think it is applyed, light is difrent from the rest of the picture... GOD save Photoshop!!! Link to comment
andreasalini 0 Posted August 5, 2004 Thank you for your comments and suggestion. Alin: No offense! Yes, this shot is manipulated, I have insered it in "digital manipulation" when I asked for a critiques, no intention to hide the truth. You can see 3 different shot mixed, sky, boat and the river. I have also included a border around the building (probably the reason why you see a shadow on the sky) and a ripple near the boat to simulate the movement. And also other.... in any case thank you for your comment. Link to comment
