henrimanguy 0 Posted July 21, 2004 I like the play with the tones on this version, I prefer it than the other I have rate some days ago. Link to comment
bryan olesen 0 Posted July 21, 2004 When I first saw the thumbnail I thought it was a Tony Georgiadis. A compliment to both of you. Nice work as usual Bartek. Link to comment
devotee 0 Posted July 22, 2004 These pseudo-IR shots have some superficial appeal but that is attributable more to the novelty of the filter / processing than any underlying strength of composition or photographic merit. Perhaps if it had been taken on a Pentax 67 with the 35mm fisheye lens, it would have been better. Link to comment
bartbies 71 Posted July 22, 2004 Maybe yes , maybe no. This is a typical digital infrared shoot. Link to comment

rvguy 0 Posted July 23, 2004 I think Barry's comments are typical of some of the snobbery you see on this board. To me it wouldn't matter if it had been taken with a pin-hole camera made of an oatmeal box if it had turned out the way it did. This is a great image. Link to comment
devotee 0 Posted August 2, 2004 James, your conclusion is natural, except that without realising it, you have reacted to a shared joke between two knowing parties. Link to comment
