I like the detail and the composition in this one. But just like in your rose shot I think you have your background too close - the shadows are a bit bothersome.

 

Personally, I would not have gone for a white background here - have you tried black?

Proof again that simple things make great photos. The background being close doesn't bother me. I think the compositon may have been better if the tuning key (is that what they are called?) could be seen in its entirety.

The shadow doesn't bother me too much, gives the photo some depth. However, it appears to be oversharpened. There is a distracting halo around the edge of the guitar that show against the background.

 

I do like the graphic design of the image, with the strings parallel with the side and the implied triangles formed with the other edges of the guitar.

 

Very nice looking image.
