"The Things We Can Afford", for the weekly assignment theme, "What Has The World Come To."

A church pastor once said, "There was a man who won the lottery, and to his credit, he tithed 10% to the church. However, that didn't make him a good Christian. He still spent the rest of the money in stripclubs and other seedy places. It's not the lottery you have to win. Think of the things we should be greatful for. The fact that you were born in this country means you already won the greatest lottery of all." This picture made me think of that. It just amazes me that we spend more on our pets than the average amount of money the majority of the world live off of.Enjoy!
