There is a strong diagonal movement to this image that's sliced by the vertical element of the beak. By zooming in, you isolated the frame into elements. Hard and soft. Light and dark. Vertical and diagonal. The subject is no longer readily identifiable and makes the viewer think. I find this to be a very effective study. The kind of image I'd like to have taken. Link to comment
