The lonely lady

Scanned from a 8x10 print enlarged from a 4x5 negative. The image was toned in some home brewed sepia toner that actually turned out to be quite violet (I'll have to tweak the recipe) and then toned in selenium. We had to battle hordes of mosquitoes to get this one.(Uploaded July 17, 2004).

I toned this one with a home brewed sepia toner. The color is a bit

more violet than sepia. I could tweak the formulation to get brownish

sepia, but I'd like to know what you think og the color first.

I go with Jonathan G. This is rich without being overtried. But then, the quality of what you see on your screen depends too much on your monitor to make really sensible comparisons.
