An almond tree isolated in the Salamanca landscape, just as the sun

is thinking about putting in an appearance on the other side of this

gentle slope. I?d like to dedicate this image to my good friend Jose

Angel Barbero ? first for having discovered the true nature of the

tree, and second for having encouraged me to participate in

photo.net. Un abrazo muy fuerte, compadre!

Any comments warmly welcome!

Although a bit artificial I really like this graduated sky and the whole composition. Great lines too. Well done, congrats.

The colour isn't what I would expect from Velvia, but the result is great. The hill and tree are beautiful against the sky.

Superb image. No filter? Wow. Again, yes, your eyes are the best filters out there. Kudos.

I love the photo. I can't imagine that the sky remained within this tonal range for long--you must have studied this subject and prepared very well for this situation.

Brilliant composition! You've taken one of the most common type of categories in photography and created an original yet simple image. Wonderful.
