The effect and tones you chose for this photo are dead on. It gives it an abstract quality that is enhanced by the high key lighting. I like how you retained just enough detail to keep her face cleanly shot. Great job!

This is a very good photo, but I prefer Dietrich II, which has a better tonality and stronger presentation (by removing the sweater).

 

I wonder how this would work in sepia... good old style I really like.

This is the same sort of technique used for 'delicate'. I did try it in sepia but prefered the different look of blue.
