A Skater's Shadow

I hope you like this photo I once took at a figure skating event.

Though provoking and unusual photo Inga. The drama of the shadow belies the quietness of the visible legs. Well done.

From the way you word your own request for critique, I am guessing that this picture was more luck than judgement!

I wanted to make it this way (that the shadow is more visible than the skater himself), but nevertheless it turned out better than I thought it would be.

great shot - because the person is in the shadow area and its almost impossible to see them it looks like the shadow is for someone standing straight - great work - well done - I like it allot. 6/6

I like it, however I would like to see it with the skater and her shadow, with a dramatic light. Either that or cropp off of the top. The empty black space makes me want to find something there...
