nice pose, the lighting could be more impactful/emotional

One problem I often find with nudes is the lack of flow. With all the lines and opportunities, many are simply just nude bodies captured on film. This one does have a natural, well-planned flow that makes the photo appealing. I also like the low-key lighting offering just the right amount of highlights on the model's curves. Well done

I agree Eric, the nudity is matter of fact, not the main focus, great shot.

I love the way the fabric flows over the chair and the model over the fabric. Nicely done!!

nice shot. the model's relaxed posture adds wonderfully 2 the impact the pic makes. flow of fabric goes nicely with the direction of long leg gently descending into shaddy part of the frame.

Perfect lightening.

It's a great nude. Shows nothing, implies everything.

My personal preference would be to over-expose (however you like, pre or post exposure) so that the texture in the white fabric was lost and it was basically just white except for the contrast from it's silky folds. That would really focus the eye on the flattering angle and pose of the girl while retaining the shape of the chair, etc. I just feel like the fabric has a lightness which overlaps with the girl doesn't make her stick out enough. That aside, I like everything else about it.

One thing that I love about this photo is that is shows what I think that people try to do in PS, i.e., selectivly colorize a b+w photograph. The color of her skin in a basicly b+w photo is done really well. Really nice photo Dima.

As someone stated above, I generally don't care for nude photos as they are just bare bodies.

 

But this one is outstanding. Lighting is excellent.
