My son Brian ,window light

Photo was taken by window light ,with a 105mm nikkor lens .On the

front of the lens I screwed a +2 closeup lens to be able to focus

closer.

A very haunting piece. Beautiful. Dark. It has a tranquil and solemn feel about it. I love portrait photography.

This photo has many factors that make it superb. The most significant is the lighting. Without excellent lighting, this photo would not be what it is. The contrast, clarity, and composition make this a masterfully done photograph.

You are a Master of light Michael, brilliant portrait of your son. Here I am looking for just 'good' images to get my rating level down and I find this. Oh well keep looking Iguess and find a few more 'good' ones

You took lots and lots and lots and lots of pictures of me as a kid, but this one is my favorite. Its such a powerful image and I look so innocent. Its hard to believe its me...

What a treat it is to view my childhood through your eyes (you lens) and see how you saw me. I can feel the love you must have felt for me when shooting this picture.
