This photo was cropped from a larger version which was just a wider view. What do you think of the composition? How does the depth of field work for you?

DOF was an excellent choice -- it helps to make your subject pop against the background. Nice composition, too. Seems a little overexposed and washed of color -- perhaps a combo warming/polarizer filter would have helped.
