Please critique this picture for me and include any comments you may

have. This picture was part of my first attempts at trying long

exposures with flowing water, is it any good?

Hi Shaun, generally the purists will tell you that that you have exposed the shot too long giving the water a fluffy cotton wool look. Myself I actually like the effect but if you want to follow the purist view you should try and keep the exposure below 1 sec probably more like 1/16 1/8 or so. My self I have only done a couple and they were B/W which made for an interseting task at printing time but that s another story. Great shot!! I really like it. Actually the only complaint I would have is the stick is a little distracting. Could you have removed it (and put it back later if you wanted)?
