andreasalini 0 Posted July 10, 2004 Scatto pulito, bellisimi colori, e hai anche dovuto aspettare che se ne andassero tutti!! Link to comment
sarahunderhill 1 Posted July 10, 2004 Love this one. Great color and I like all the sky. Maybe the best one from this location.... Link to comment

Landrum Kelly 65 Posted July 10, 2004 I rather like it as an abstract, Maria, but it does not give me the same end-of-season emptiness as one of your ealier photos of the building did. Is it just me, or is the horizon slightly off? Link to comment
allonkira 0 Posted July 10, 2004 Nice colorful comp. Maria!! Great you captured this frame without anyone inside! Cheers, allon. (6/6) Link to comment
maria conversano 0 Posted July 10, 2004 you're rigt. The horizon is not so perfect. I'll do some corection, but now i'm on my i-book and i've not ps on this. Link to comment

carlos_castillejos 0 Posted July 10, 2004 Very nice perspective and colors, lovely composition. I agree with Sarah, your best one of this location. Saludos. Link to comment
John Crowe 165 Posted July 11, 2004 The best of the series! The empty sky is not effective in the composition though. Link to comment
erin.e 0 Posted July 11, 2004 If anyone puts images up for critique and expects honesty in evaluation then they must accept the comments without becoming defensive. The tonal range and good exposure are the only positive aspects I can find, otherwise this is not a very good picture at all. The image is unsharp. The colours look unreal because of oversaturation. The emptiness in the sky area is poor composition, and the whole image is too busy in the bottom area, with no focal point to anchor the eye. Good thing I don't rate images of poor quality as this snapshot would get a 3+3 Link to comment
mapi guerrini 0 Posted July 11, 2004 mr Bold your unfavourable remark is ineffectual, for me. if you don't like this shot no rate. the fruitless polemic is ueless in this forum. thank Link to comment
erin.e 0 Posted July 11, 2004 Personal attacks or abuse in comments forum are against Photo net policy Maria G and I will immediately report this and any other infringements. Link to comment
maria conversano 0 Posted July 11, 2004 Erin, you started a comment on a photo tolking about my supposed defence. That do not exist on this. I do not have to defend my self if nobody make a personal attac. Tolk about photo. This is in the spirit of photo net. Maria Pia wrote only about this spirit that is to rate if you like and as you like, or rate not, and to comment the photo without other kind of comment. You started this polemic. Link to comment
carsten_ranke 0 Posted July 11, 2004 I like the use of perspective here, good composition. Colors are not oversaturated for my taste. The only thing I would change is the horizon as stated above and I would crop out the pole (?) above the roof on the left. Regards, Carsten Link to comment
someoneelse 1 Posted July 11, 2004 What a shame we cannot have some more friendly words, so here am I, with my not technical words and say what I think and feel about the picture: The image is not unsharp. The colours look unreal because of oversaturation, what makes it more interesting, The emptiness in the sky area is poor composition, emptiness can also be good to look at imagine there was something in the sky it would lead off the focus of the rest, and the whole image is too busy in the bottom area, with no focal point to anchor the eye. That's so nice about it, you have to try to use your eyes, I like doing that. georgi_zhukov 0 Posted July 11, 2004 You are a shameless hypocrite and a crybaby to boot. When you called the ratings Maria recieved on her last photo ridiculous you were attacking and insulting others. So stop the moaning and the I am telling the moderators crap and get over it. Link to comment
