I was lucky with the cloud formation but did I do it justice.

gorgeous sky and light! Only the border detracts from it... but the pic is very good!

No suggestions for improvement, as I like the border and the composition. Maybe the title misses the mark, just a little. Those clouds make this photo, yet the lone tree seems to capture the title. Maybe another title that connects the clouds with the tree would work? Maybe something about calling for rain? Just thinking as I type. The title is usually not what I pay attention to. Great shot.

What I like is the way the tree (1) anchors the picture with his colour (2) bridges between earth and sky and (3) is located in the composition.

 

So, had I to change title, I'd write "Between Earth and Sky" -Which incidentally is the caption of a completely different picture of mines-

 

By the way, the white lines in the frame are distracting and I think plain black would look nicer, but I'm biased toward it. Also, some structure on the far right could be removed as they "steal the floor" from the tree.

it's as expressive as a van gogh painting! really nice! the frame is distracting and it would look better without it altogether in my opinion.
