Gorgeous shot! So crisp, clean, and clear. Toni and I considered going to Banff this summer but we couldn't pull it off this year. This pic makes me regret not going.

A common light, and plain shot of a well-known place. Also, the clouds look blurred. Sorry, I don't agree with the comments above.

Steve, you'll do wonders for Canadian tourism with shots like this, it makes me want to go there. If it looks this good on my monitor I can't imagine what it's like to actually be there on the lake shore.

It's a nicely captured scene of an iconic Banff mountain. I like the way the line of the clouds completes the frame.

 

But I wouldn't let the over the top reactions and ratings go to your head...
